Adaptive-Sports, Music Art, and Recreational Therapy
(A-SMART) Program
C2C's Adaptive Sports, Art, and Recreational Program provides disabled veterans with opportunities for engaging in adaptive sports, art therapy, recreational activities, and community events.
Preventative Maintenance Checks and Service (PMCS)
Help us reduce Veteran Suicide & Combat PTSD, TBI and Depression by providing a safe haven for our vets to come together, build some cool stuff and find their way home!

Adaptive Sports
C2C's Adaptive Sports program helps Vets reach their highest potential by participating in modified athletic opportunities designed for their individual abilities. Through single-day and multi-day clinics, warriors learn to use adaptive sports equipment and develop athletic skills. Additionally, Vets are introduced to seasoned adaptive sports athletes and connected with local and natiresources. This lays the groundwork for them to continue improving their physical fitness while connecting with other veterans and their community through sport.
Music Therapy
Music helps us connect. Whether it’s expressing yourself by writing or playing a song, or simply sharing your love of a particular band, music creates strong social bonds. For Veterans, this can be a powerful form of therapy.
Music therapy is the process of using songs and instruments to help achieve therapeutic goals in a clinical setting.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a powerful method of expression. It is one way that many veterans and families are finding that may offer great benefit in dealing with challenges and many times, has the possibility of inspiring joy.
C2C has provided free therapeutic arts and crafts kits to hospitalized and homebound veterans for generations. The creative arts program help injured, and recuperating veterans improve fine motor skills, cognitive functioning, manage stress and substance abuse, cope with symptoms of PTSD and TBI, while also improving their sense of self-esteem and overall physical and mental health.
